v26.1:  Account Analysis

The Account Analysis application (short word: ACCANA, German Short word: KTOANA) is an application for providing a filtered view of all accounts in the database across multiple charts of accounts, allowing users to analyze different accounts in various chart of accounts and accounts regarding their attributes. It serves as a complement to the application COADFN.

The table area component in the account application shows the account data.

Users can call the COADFN application from the context menu as a subsequent application.

Selection panel

The Selection panel contains these fields:

• Chart code + account
  Select a chart of accounts and/or input an account number. "%" and "_" are supported.

• Balance sheet/Profit and Loss code
  Select a BG identifier.

• IC account flag
  Select an IC identifier.

• Show Company Account Allocation
  Specify whether to display the company account allocation column.

In the Selection panel, at least one criterion must be entered excluding the check box, before account data is loaded.
